Refund & exchange.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window across our brands. Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery — no detailed reason is required.

This policy applies across all storefronts operated by SAHAN LTD, unless a brand storefront publishes additional or product-specific terms (for example, for hygiene, personalised, or perishable items).

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. We aim to keep this process simple, fair and customer-friendly.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or variant of a product, we are happy to arrange an exchange where stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative.

How to start a return or exchange

  • Contact the brand's customer support, or email SAHAN LTD at sahanltduk@gmail.com, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
  • We will confirm the next steps, including the return address and any instructions specific to the brand or product.

Refund timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days, although the time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Item condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be in their original condition, unused where applicable, and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories. We understand that customers need to inspect a product to decide whether to keep it — light, careful handling is fine.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally with a short description and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.
